As Executive General Manager of Small Business Banking at the Commonwealth Bank, Clare leads a variety of channels and services that support our small and medium business customers including; Business Banking Services, Digital and Transformation, Business Home Lending Specialists, Broker and Agency Sales.

Clare has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and management consulting across Australia and the US. This includes previously leading product areas such as Business Lending, coverage teams such as Healthcare and Technology, strategy teams and operations. She has wide expertise in and is passionate about developing and retaining high performance teams.

Clare holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) from the University of New South Wales and a Masters in Psychology (Organisational) from Columbia University in New York City.
